Returns
Due to the personal nature of many of these products, returns are not accepted; however, we will grant a 50% money back guarantee minus the cost of shipping up to 7 days after product has been delivered.
Refunds will not be provided after that time.
Refunds may take 7-10 days depending on your bank policy.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days due to bank processing timelines.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@mishlei3110.com and we will give you shipping instructions.
Shipping
Free shipping for $35 or more shipped in the US. For items shipped to Canada, a shipping cost will be added to your order.
